Solaris
Favorinna is our exquisite sabino possibly splash tobiano
filly by Solaris Buenno out of our KWPN mare Velita (VDL Goodtimes
x Ulft) awarded STER at the SSH Gradings in 2006.
This elegant filly is beautifully proportioned, good length
to her body neck and limbs with an abundance of presence and
look at me factor. She moves with great power in both her
trot and canter, covering ground with ease and a good active
walk. Favorinna has been retained as a future broodmare.
Her sire Solaris Buenno is our homozygous son of Umenno.
Regrettably Buenno was unable to pursue a career under saddle
due to an accident as a yearling, he has however consistently
produced beautiful well developed foals and Favorinna is no
exception.
Umenno bred with athleticism in mind, an expressive powerful
mover with off the floor paces. Shown successfully inhand
as a three year old, winning many Championship titles the
length and breadth of the UK and now in South Africa, including
the Royal Highland Show, CHAPS Scottish Youngstock Champion,
and overall Supreme Champion Reserve, CHAPS Open Non Native
National Champion 2004 as a three year old, winner of numerous
ridden sport horse classes, Burghley Young Event Horse Finalist,
